If you could contract 4 teams from the NBA, who would they be?

1) LA Clippers - No city needs two teams.

2) NY Knicks - either them or the Nets.

3) Bobcats - Please just make it end

4) Hawks or Bucks, can't decide which. Probably Hawks because Atlanta fans are notoriously a fickle bunch that don't go to games.

These are all just my opinion based not on how much money the NBA would lose by losing these teams.

Could you imagine the dispersal draft, though? Hornets at 3 likely getting Anthony?

then give me your list. i already said i'm not in the business of making the NBA money. i realize the large market teams are where the money is.

Minnesota Timberwolves - nobody wants to play for them because they just never seem to have any real promise. They had it last year and then it disappeared

Toronto Raptors - same story

Utah Jazz - I forget they're even in the league sometimes

Los Angeles Clippers - I just can't ever see them stepping out from the Lakers shadow. They've been way better than the Lakers this season and every one seems to treat them like "look how cute they're trying" and doesn't take them seriously

ETA: I'm really tempted to add the Bucks just because their color scheme makes their court and uniforms unbearable to watch

This is such a stupid thread to have on a Hornets board. If this question was posed to any other fanbase, us and Charlotte would be the top 2 choices everytime.

go make another racist thread on the rant, dickhead.

then you and slo should go re-read the thread title. apparently reading comprehension fails both of you. it says "if you could contract..."

not "who should be"

None

Imagine being a fan of one of those teams like we are Hornets fans. Just having your team yanked from you- that sucks. I dont wish those bad vibes upon anyone.

Wizards- simply because they arent the Bullets any more

Mavs- Cuban and Dallas are obnoxious

Portland- Way too many blogger fans. The amount of internet love they get is absurd

Atlanta- Atlanta deserves it

Mark Cuban is one of the best owners in all of sports, at least in the mission to win department.

Portland has a great fanbase. I wish NOLA was half as dedicated to the Hornets as PDX is to the Trail Blazers.
