getting in there a littler later currently so I need something before going in, I've been going with these
and they keep me pretty sustained throughout

I like cliff, but not enough protein. Usually just snag the pure protein bars w/ 30g

Drink a cup of black coffee before too. That caffein will give you a good boost.

I usually have one between breakfast and lunch.
If I eat something preworkout it's a banana or a PB&J.
