I seriously don't see how the players managed to keep from just beating the hell out of the ref at the end of the game. I did love Rio's applause right in his face.

Wasn't a red, but the ref had a bad view. Should have consulted the line judge.

Terrible call. I think Real would have scored one before time was up and forced extra time, but the ref robbed me, as a neutral spectator, of any enjoyment of the final half four.

He also got chanted at to sit down by the manu fans, noticed and walked over and pretended to sit down, stopped stood back up and walked out again, waving his hands at the crowd
