Stuck at the box without a radio. What are they saying about play beginning again.

according to the radar i'm looking at, heavy showers another 45 minutes or so. then maybe an hour/hour & a half clear, then maybe more showers behind that. i'm not weatherman tho.

Just talked to the grounds crew guy. 8:30 best case. Probably a good bit longer. There is more lightening after the rain stops.

Still lighting like crazy. Doesn't look good. Typical rain started five minutes after I bought the tickets.

No way it starts at 8:30. They'd have to start removing the tarp now.

We realistically need 15-20 min once we pull the tarp up. The general feeling around the grounds crew is its gonna be a wash. The 2 plans we have heard is 9am tomorrow and Sunday.

We are fully expecting a wash. We are just waiting an official word from the coaches and the umps. God knows how long that will be from now.

The worst of the rain will be through in 20-30m or so. I think I would be wise to wait it out.

game would start way to late if you wait it out now, I think the earliest they could have started it was 9:30 meaning at best game is over at 11:30 SLU has an early afternoon game tomorrow so they probably agreed that if there was a rain delay and it was a long one they would post pone.
