I've gone full Lent retard. Fasting during the day and no carnivorous activities at all. No seafood even. Lingiune tossed with garlic, red pepper flakes, extra virgin olive oil. A little parm as a topping.

I've often thought that the "sacrifice" of giving up meat but eating crawfish, crab, oysters and shrimp is sort of suspect. Good for you.

The unhealthy avocado discussion has me thinking about a grilled shrimp poboy with sweet potato habenero mayo, romaine and avocado, but I like BACON with that. So, on to considering fried oysters, bbq or grilled shrimp or maybe tomato basil soup and a grilled cheese or.... time for gin and then, I'll decide what to cook.
