Geez. 1,000 calorie salad in a cup? Was it the sodium content maybe? If that's the case, then how about all the other unhealthy stuff they have. Mcshaker is probably healthier than the McRib

I loved those things. Used to get them after school and a large fry. That was back when my metabolism was through the roof

Ill never understand how their salad "have just as many calories as their other stuff." How in the world does lettuce and dressing have as much calories as a burger?

You don't have to get ranch. Italian possibly. Or shite just don't put all of it. I don't like drenched salads anyway

I think that was the point of the McSalad Shaker. They weren't going for anything healthy I do believe. This was right before everyone started being all healthy and shite

im on the road a bunch and i get a salad at mcdonalds every week. there is always one in every small town
the grilled chicken southwestern salad is money and i get it with a parfait and it comes in right over 500 calories for both. not too bad.
salad is pretty damn good. they've stepped it up.
yes i eat a salad at mcdonalds, im not a fat arse like my coworkers who go with me and get a double quarter pounder
