| tre white? (Posted on 2/9/13 at 9:23 am)
I follow calvary babtist football here in shreveport but when I heard how good tre was I made it to a few of his games at green oaks . He was very impressive and was all over the field making plays left and right. I also had the chance to see mo claiborne play his senior year and I gotta be honest tre looked to be a better corner than mo, and mo was great. I think he might start from day one, what do you guys think? Also I ran into him after the game and told him I cant wait to see him in purple and gold, he looked at me and said yes sir and I cant wait to shine for yall in purple and gold. I dont post on here much but just wanted to share that.

It will be tough to beat out the Jalens but he might have a chance.

He'll certainly be given every opportunity to earn early playing time. Wouldn't shock me if he does start the first game.

So if Tre White reaches his full potential can he be better than PP7 MO17 And who thinks that The 2 Jalens will be All-Americans.

Better than PP7? No shot Better than Mo? It's unlikely but possible. To Jalens AA? Mills is good enough. Collins is very good, but he'd need a pile of interceptions. Both have NFL talent.

I've only seen his videos and his play in the AAS game, but all of the sports writers and analysts that cover La prep FB compare him to Mo. That's good enough for me. A high standard to live up to, but perhaps, that will be his motivation. I think, at the very least, he will be deep on our first kickoff. IMO, he's got that anticipation and 6th sense you can't coach in a returner. Much like HB.

I don't think it's as hard to beat them out as some others think. They still have a lot of growing to do.

Maybe cause I just finished watching the Ole Miss game again but it's definitely possible.

Thanks for your rant. I got to see Rueben Randle and Josh Downs as Soph's, Jr.s and Sr's and I thought they'ed both be superstars at LSU. I saw Tre White on TV in that all-star game and he looked great with 3 days practise. Thanks.

Oh and he also retured punts, but the other team kept punting it out of bounds

The Jalens can be beaten out. They're good but they are not Mo Claiborne, Tyrann Matthew, or PP7 good, which Tre White may have the potential to be

That's a really hard comparison. I feel like only PP7 = PP7. It's going to be a blast to watch Mr. White work to get near that level. No matter what your opinion is, nobody can disagree that this dude will be a baller.

Not one of those players were forced into a starting role from the get go like Jalen Mills was.
