Chad Jones (Eagles or Saints)

Which is the better suit for him. He just said per his twitter that they both were giving him looks. And I also find it odd that the Giants gave him 2 million in guaranteed money having never played an NFL down. Do you see him making a roster?

He's blessed and I think that was a nobel thing the giants did.

But he never played so why give him that much money

He was guaranteed around $800,000, the giants paid that a some of his contract.

2 million is chump change for an NFL franchise. I'd say it was worth the gamble to pay him because of the upside that the Giants would acquire a hell of a player if he ever got back to being 80% of the player he was in college. I'd take that gamble any day.

I pray the Saints. Would be incredible to see Dreadlocks of Doom in the black and gold in any capacity.
They paid him because they're a great organization. They didn't have to pay him a dime but they did to help him financially. I guarantee they weren't holding their breathe on hoping he would contribute.

Less that and more the Mara's just being class acts. IR salaries don't count against the cap.

I hope you die in multiple fires, come back as a zombie, and get chainsawed to death and your body incinerated. Then I hope they dump your ashes in the woods where two gay guys have butt sex on top of you followed by a bear taking a big oll piss all over you

I'm guessing you haven't followed his recovery one single bit...

AFter seeing that leg, I sure as hell wouldn't. You'd be an idiot.

Chad Jones isn't going to play in the NFL. I commend the guy for trying, but no way is a team going to use a roster spot for a guy that is as damaged as him. He should be thrilled that he still has a leg and if he wants to be a pro athlete he should try baseball again.

I guess the Saints & Eagles are just giving him serious looks for no reason then.
