Nah, not doubles. Lean program
I've done it with changing my diet and without. While I lost the same amount, I lost faster when I watched obviously. If you can get through the first 3 weeks, you're good.
Doing the same workouts week after week until you hit a new month gets old

It's not fun, but it pays the bills

I skimmed through the core and syn video and after seeing it, never attempted it.

Core is a combo of Plyo, kenpo, and the other cardio DVD. Think it has a little yoga in it too. I enjoy it bc it mixes it up. Some hard, some easier
ETA: you should give it a shot if you really enjoy the cardio workout

I thought you were moving.

I have a picture of Papp eating ice cream on my dresser.
I'm reminded that if I want to continue seeing my dick, I need to stop my stomach from blocking the view
In actuality, I'm not. I want to quit right now and eat Popeyes, but I'm going to the beach in April and don't want to be the fatty
