Can you not do it in the morning before the chirrens wake up? Or would that be way too early? Or impossible? My alarm goes off at 455 AM, it's not easy.

Nah, just trying to keep this new gig, even if I have to drive 146 miles per day. Seeing 33 on a daily basis will make up for it


Lew, start it before PT just in case you get sore, it'll be out of the way

I can hit the snooze button easy. I tend to stay up later than get up earlier. I'll start P90X at around 9-9:30. Out of the shower and in bed for 11ish.

Black, you do the ab ripper after the resistance workouts? I skipped those the last time I did it, but will do them when I start again.

I used to skip ab ripper, but I'm doing them now...I do the resistence workouts only and I'll do the ab routine when I get home from work. They only take about 12 minutes once you get used to it...I don't even need the DVD anymore.

I'm doing mostly cardio this go around.

Usually I do it on the days that its right behind whatever workout is scheduled usually MWF(back/chest,arms/back,back/legs)

The hardest thing for me is the day after Plyo. I get sore 2 days after a workout, so usually I feel good enough to do Plyo the day after the pushup disc but on the day after Plyo, I can barely move.
