If you go to LSU windows 7 is free (along with MS office and some other goodies)

Yep, for windows I downloaded a legit .iso from digitalriver and used the product code from my laptop. You have make sure you use the right version though. If your code is for 32 bit home premium, that's what you have to get. Luckily mine had 64 bit
