Bull. There are giant nets up there that the ducks are afraid to fly over. That's why we don't have ducks anymore.

Josey, and you know I'm sincere...idiots are as necessary for my kind as buffalo were to the Indians.

So we got a grand passage happening? All the heaters run out of propane and all the nets get blown down?

Just passed the nets right north of Tulsa. 23 degrees up here and everything is frozen. I almost wish I was still in la. Oh we'll, change of scenery will be nice and shooting those big arse Canada's is fun in a way.

Sometimes the weather out does the heaters. FAA put out an advisory to inbound/outbound flights between St. Louis and Jackson about ducks in the air.

99' was pretty good, but 2000 when we got all the snow was insane. I think our log books showed we killed something like 850-900 birds out of 3 pits the first split in Arkansas hunting only weekends. You could hunt 12 guys and have 72 birds down by 8:30. I have had some good hunts since then but the 1990's and 2000 were "the good old days".
