I know there were a few wanting to play and I have been since I bought it this summer. I think Stout, Teddy, and Blue showed some interest. Lets try to get it going tomorrow night. I also posted this in the TD group on steam, but many don't check there. Reply here or there and lets get this rolling. We can all get in skype call or if someone has a vent.

Does L4D2 have cross platform support like portal 2 does? Also, wasn't that only with the PS3?

We got a group. Does L4D2 have mic support, so we can just use in game. Puff, Blue, and Teddy, ill hit yall up tomorrow when I get on.

where can I buy a decent, cheap mic? I've been using my Turtle beach headset, but I have to have it hooked up to my 360 controller (that is also hooked up to my computer) which is only detectable in skype. I want to be able to use my new headphones and a stand alone mic

Target/Best Buy/Walmart should have standalone mics. On the night D3 launched my buddy ran out and got 2 of them from target that worked fine. We can always get on skype not a big deal, but then you have to play an fps with a controller  .
On a side note not a big fps player huh blue?

I don't play with my controller, I just have to have the controller connected.
About all I play are FPS. I play lots of cs:go, gotham city imposters and TF2 every now and then. I do most of it on my 360 and the more RPG-esque games on my PC

Got L4D2 installed and have both Vent and Skype. I've never really used Skype for anything so if we choose that I might need a walkthrough even though I'm computer literate.

I used Skype when I was still in school and couldn't pay for a vent server.
Besides that, I just use it for quick file sharing now.

FWIW I have never played any of the LFD series. So this should be some noobish fun.
