Which is why I laugh anytime a Bama fan brings up Saban saying "I am not going to the NFL."

He arrived in Tuscaloosa this afternoon. I'm sorry you all are still praying he leaves.

Did I ever say he was on the plane?

For the record, not everything an LSU fan writes about Saban is rooted in jealousy so get off your high horse.

Nick Saban would be a fool to leave Alabama. He has the best job in college football (I'm an Auburn fan, I can admit it), he's crazy rich, and Alabama fans act like he's the second coming of Jesus Christ.

Nick Saban would be a fool to stay at Bama if Browns offered him 8-10 million and GM status.........

This isn't to say his gig at Bama is awesome but come on.

OP is suggesting that a rep of a Cleveland based organization may have been meeting with someone in Miami to discuss a business proposition..

Saban may have listened, but he is not going anywhere. Better to accept this and buck up....

Can get used to it? We are used to it. According to rival fans, since Saban has been at Bama he was leaving for:
LSU, WVU, USC, OSU, PSU, Texas (3x), Florida, Michigan, ND, The Cowboys, the Browns. I'm sure I've missed some team.

He's already been at Bama longer than he's been at any other place. Assuming he stays in 2013, he'll be in his 7th season at Bama. How many years does he have to stay before you guys give this up, or do you still say "told ya so" if he leaves after 9 years?

Forget the ownership angle. The NFL would never allow this.
