I usually keep my calories around 1400 a day, and run 4-8 miles a day. But sometimes I eat bad food, like pizza tonight, and it pisses me off, because I feel like I'm slacking. I'm under 150, but I don't want to start gaining weight.

Right. And I have a ten inch penis and women who rate 11 on a 1-10 scale desperately want me but they aren't good enough.

I don't know what y'all are raggin' the dude for. I'm 5'10". I got down to 165 lbs about a year ago and looked better than I have in a very long time. Unfortunately I have knee problems and can't run anymore. I've quickly gone back to 180, now I'm really having to watch what I eat to keep from gaining. I'm doing strength training, but I don't feel like 4 P90X workouts do as much as one 20 mile run used to do. I was running 40+ miles/week before my knee started bothering me.

I'm not saying he's not a little too skinny at 5'10", 150, but you guys are way too hard on him. Runners shouldn't be heavy.

At 6ft and 150lbs your estimated BMR is 1744.9 * 1.725 (active lifestyle) = 3009.95 cal per day to maintain your current weight.
