I'd take Charlie. Defensive oriented and had success in the SEC as a coordinator.

Shaw will probably be coaching in the NFL in a few years anyway.

Both are good but Shaw is better IMO. I can also see him staying at Stanford a really long time.

These are two of the best young coaches in the game IMO. I don't expect Shaw to be at the college ranks much longer, however. He was built for the NFL. If I came to college to find a coach I wouldn't be going to Oregon I'd be going back to Stanford.
