until after the bowl game.

He is a very immature little man who will never decide what he wants to do in life.

Sexton is the source of his name being out there in the first place. No NFL team is asking permission from Alabama to talk to him, there ain't no protocol.
You'd better be more concerned that a rabid Dolphin fan doesn't whip his arse while he's in Miami.

semantics...Sexton called Moore shortly after the Bama-TN game.

the fact that he's saying no so forcibly is perhaps the greatest indicator that he's serious about staying at Alabama
I never thought Saban would leave Alabama. However, all these Bama fans posting "evidence" of him staying is making me wonder.

Then maybe Nick and Sexton are telling them no contact till after Monday. I just think it's hilarious that Bama fans are acting like Nick doesn't have it in him to jump ship again.

Probably the #1 reason why Saban is staying put. Job security is far stronger in college than it is in the NFL.
Saban said these exact words (NFL = "Not For Long") at LSU a couple of weeks before boarding a plane to Miami.

Saban cheated on the NFL with alabama and left for alabama
bama fan is now shocked that saban would cheat on them
quite humorous

He's not going to leave. He can't hack it in the NFL.
Pete Carroll yes. Nick Saban no.

he's doesnt want to be "a college coach"
he wants to be "a great football coach"

Saban is not going to comment until after the bowl game, he is not going to knowingly distract his team. That being said I don't think he leaves BAMA

There is absolutely nothing at either of those locations that he doesn't currently have at his disposal in Tuscaloosa.
Saban can stay in Tuscalooser and win 8 of the next 12 national titles, while playing for the other 4 of them. He can stay there for 10 to 15 more years and leave as the winningest coach in CFB history with the most titles. Gumps would never mention Bear Bryant ever again and the ones with those idiotic fedora hat tattoos will die in shame if he stayed.
That being said, the only way I see him staying after this season is if ND destroys Bama. I don't see this happening at all however.

If Saban leaves, that's the reason. There's no way he leaves for another college job, as he has everything he needs at Bama. And he's not leaving Bama for money, they will match any offer.
The ONLY reason for him to leave is because of the whispers he's a college coach who couldn't hack it in the NFL. I don't know Saban, but neither does anyone else in this thread, so it's an open question how much that bothers him. And whether it's enough to make him take a second swing at the NFL.

I don't think he's leaving, but Bama fans shouldn't act like bama>insert any NFL team. If Saban cares about being called a great coach, he may leave while his stock is high, but if he can settle for being a great college coach he will stay at Bama. Bama fans are putting a lot of stock in security at a good program and money matching ability. If Saban looks at his NFL legacy and overall coaching success there will be a HUGE hole in the middle. It just depends on the man's perspective, and no one really knows how he feels or what he's thinking.
I hope he stays at Bama, but would like to see LSU get back on top of the W-L column. Those games have been intense and mostly fun to watch (other than that one time we won't talk about).

What are you insinuating? Mal Moore didn't make direct contact with Saban until the day after Saban's last game as the Dolphin's head coach. This has been verified by Mal Moore and Jimmy Sexton.
