I've got a guy wanting to do some trading on a 12' moccasin hunting boat for a gun I have. The boat is coming with a canoe dolly, lights, and a battery. Thing is I have no idea what it's worth. Since they're made in Louisiana I was hoping y'all could help a brother out with a value on it. He says its in good shape and solid with a few scratches. Thanks fellers. This is the boat

Almost forgot. How are these boats as far as quality? I've got a couple places that I think I could really put it to use if its made well

Looks to be very stable, a bitch to paddle, and that lip on the inside is a forearm and shin scraper.

Thanks man. I'm needing that kind of info too. I have zero experience with a layout/kayak type boat

I've got the same pirogue, had it for 15 years, never a problem. I load it on top of my sea ark, and pull it behind it sometimes. I've accidentally let it smack numerous cypress trees. It's been in a lot of bad situations and has always worked fine. They are made close to Shreveport in stonewall

It's a good heavy duty pirogue

Yeah we got it. I just had no idea what people are getting for them in used condition. If you just go by what the new price is when trading, well that's a good way to get ya arse burnt on a deal
