I wouldn't pay over 5 grand for a car with 100k+ miles on it no matter what it is.

I definitely wouldn't consider it unless the timing belt and water pump have already been changed out. That is recommended at around 100k. If that has already been done, I'd probably pay $6-7k for it. If that hasn't been done yet, I would maybe give him $4k.

I was thinking around 5 grand. You can get Tahoe with similar stats for 6-8k

I paid $4,500 for a camry the same year as yours with none of the extras. It had 90k miles on it. I bet you can get 6k or better

$5,000 to $6,000 would be a good deal Maybe $6500 if the timing belt has been replaced in the last 20,000 miles and the tires and brakes are in good shape. An Accord can go 200,000 miles easily, but not if it wasn't maintained well. Hopefully there are some records available that would support a higher price. A 7 year old mainstream car with that many miles isn't going to fetch $9,000 from any smart buyer.

I wrecked mine last July and I got $13,000 from insurance company for it. I had about 70,000 miles on it, maybe less. all the ones on carguru.com with that amount of miles are going for about $10,000.

Why does a Honda Accord have a Spoiler? Does it get to speeds where wheel traction is an issue?

It's a Honda. 100k miles is nothing.

Unless they have documented service records including the 100K service which includes timing belt and spark plug change etc= I would not pay more than 7K and then it would need to be a one owner and very well cared for-

Has the belt been replaced? I would imagine the dealerships would want to deal now with the FC looming.

Take the Good and Fair conditions of private party and trade in value. Average the 4 and that should give you a decent idea. At least it will give you a figure to work off of. You have the perfect middle class high school girl car, and bitches love leather and sunroofs, so that's some shite you can harp on when you're trying to sell it.

Expect it to need a transmission to the tune of $3000 in the very near future. Don't bellieve all the 200,000 miles hype. Honda's have transmission problems.
