How does that Laphroaig Cairdeas stack up to the normal Laphroaig 10 year?

You're telling me I thought spring had finally arrived. A couple days ago it was sunny and 60. And then it snowed again yesterday.

I guess I'll just have to have a couple pours tonight to keep me warm on the inside.

I had Laphroaig 10 on the rocks about a year ago, I don't remember it enough to compare it to the Cairdeas. Cairdeas is though like other Laphroaigs, peat smoke and sea salty. This one has some kind of nutty flavor, citrusy too. I'm having a tough time deciding which I like more between the Quarter Cask and this.

There were flurries here in Lancaster for 5-10 minutes today. It snowed all day on the first day of spring here.

If you could trade a Pappy 15 and Eagle Rare 17 for a Pappy 20 and Elijah Craig Barrel Proof, would you?

Personally, I would trade for the 20, since I think it's more delicious than the 15.

The ER17 is great juice too, better than the ECBP (though THAT's still a great bottle)...but the jump from 15 to 20 makes it worth the trade

I work 4 10's so I'll settle for Thursday.

Also, today was the first time I've gone to Calandros. Very nice selection.

Almost grabed the rye but I'm having the 7yo bourbon curently. Rye probably next.

I'd say the 15 and er17 would be fair for a 20 and ECBP.
