Started the night with a nice glass of Rock Hill Farms; I always forget how much I love it until I revisit it. It was one of my first "higher end" bourbon and I still love it! (luckily it's still easy to find in my area)

Question - I have a bottle of Blanton's that is almost empty. I've had it for several years. It now appears cloudy with some type of brown residue in the bottom of the bottle? Any of you experienced anything similar? Can it still be consumed?

I think I saw some of those old Beam decanters on Pawn Stars...pretty cool...they got decent money for them and they were empty!

Sounds like it's probably oxidized and the cork has broken down. Juice probably isn't very tasty anymore

No shite? Remember around how much he gave them?

Im not getting rid of them, just curious if they're worth anything.

Thanks Doc. There's very little left in the bottle but I hate to waste a drop.

Indeed. Every cabinet needs a bottle of Blanton's.
