Hot outside in the mid 50's. With a east-southeast wind about 5-10 mph. Sucks big ones for deer hunting.

Will be going to shoot a few woodies with my son. Good thing is, we only have to go about 1/2 mile on a 4wheeler. I been seeing a shite load all week deer hunting. Great to leave the house at 6am to set up.

55 degrees, maybe
Wind - calm

Hoping to kill something. The deer have been nocturnal for a couple of weeks now. Changed things up a bit and put the corn & rice bran in a different spot. If that doesn't work, I'm gonna switch to the 870 and set up in the woods near several trails. WOULD. LIKE. MEAT. IN. FREEZER.

Continued thoughts and prayers to those suffering from yesterday's tragic event.

Windy as hell with a front approaching.
Got a late start. Alarm went off at 04:30. Didn't hear it. FIL called at 05:30 to see where I was. Got up, hauled arse, on stand at 06:05. I love living 10 miles from the lease.

In the duck blind right now up in Kansas. Sunday-Tuesday were really good with the cold weather up North. Today it's in the 40's and the winds blowing 30mph. We'll see how it goes here in about 20 min.

Not hunting, but I'm laying in a bed over here near Lyons point above gueydan. Sounds like a fricking duck massacre outside.
