I remember some chatter about Cameron's name when the OC vacancy occurred, being a close friend of Miles and all.
Now that the Ravens let him go, do you go after a true OC, relegate Stud back to offensive line coach, and let Krag only worry solely about QB's?
Or do you go the, "don't mess with success" route? The second half of the season the offense really seemed to gel.
What camp are you in?

Well you know how Les works... he will encourage them to find employment elsewhere.
That needs to happen before they think about bringing in new people.

Cam has a tendency to abandon the running game way way too early in games. That's why Ravens fans have wanted to can him for a while now. I don't think that meshes with Les's style.

a lot of people are down on Cam. But I think he'd be an upgrade over what we've got. Cam is an upper tier OC.
Stud's biggest OC gig was at a Mid-American conference school until he fell into the role at LSU by default. And IMO he's not an upper tier guy (assuming that he doesnt have his hands tied on what he's allowed to implement). Often times the playcalls didn't make any sense. There was no rhyme or reason for certain calls.

I would be an upgrade at OC over Studrawa. He needs to go back to OL.

Trust me. As a Ravens fan, you guys do not want Cam Cameron. He would be Gary Crowton 2.0.

Who does Les fire to make room for a true OC? We are already at our max amount of coaches.

Either Ensminger or Henry. If we let the TE coach go you then let the TE's be covered by OL coach or WR coach. If you let the WR coach go you move Ensminger into WR/TE coach slot. No reason to really have both.

I agree 100%. It's been hard watching the Raven's this year especially since we came out with high hopes at the beginning.

I'd like to see a true OC hired. I've been saying it all season. But I don't think Cameron would be on my list of candidates.
