After laboring away in lesser venues for most of his career, the chef has finally broken through and will now get a shot to ply his trade in the hottest food scene in Louisiana...Mecca. Yep, Besh cooks at Sage tonight. Hope he can stand the pressure. The NoLa palate isn't easy to please...Best of luck to this chef as he strives for a huge career advancement.

I'm in BR tonight or I would go kick the kid a few bucks. Hopefully he wont get the shakes being in Cory's neck of the woods and poo poo his apron. The Mecca carries alot of prestige, but, pressure comes with it.
