Guess we're confused why he had the second most carries when he's probably the worst runner on the team.

I agree ware does have a place on the field because he can block and catch. the problem is hill spending way too much time on the bench yesterday. I like rotating backs but les does it too much and clearly the best back is hill and he should be on the field at least once in every drive not missing from 2 to 3 drives unless we are in a all pass mode because we down.

But Ware is in the game because he is probably a better blocker and receiver in the passing game

Hill is the better runner but that doesn't mean that he can be on the field for every offensive down

Ware picked up 3 crucial first downs via reception yesterday. It's not like he has no value on the field.

do you think opposing DCs are too stupid to understand that Ware comes in when we will pass? or that Ford only runs sweeps?

We're not talking about 3rd down passing situations but completely abandoning Hill for entire drives when he is having success because Ware is the designated pass blocker/receiver out of the backfield. Mett can't throw deep and Ware can't run the ball so we end up having to punt. extending the drive every now and then with an 8 yard pass to Ware doesn't cancel everything else out. But, we'll have a tough time selling that to somebody who has his head in the fridge the whole game like you.

is it not a good indicator of success at the position?

Not as good of an indicator as u think. You could name a hundred situations where the backup had a better ypc than the starter. Are all of those coaches as dumb as Miles?

can you name some situations where 2.4 ypc is good? Or 3.9 for the season? I'll settle for just 1 situation.

Lsu has situational RB's that tip off the defense

Except for hill because hill can catch, block, and run between the tackles.

we like tipping off the d. we prefer to let them know what we are doing and then we will still do it just to prove we can. it works just enough vs winless and 4 win sec teams.

I gues I am a positiger, but the one thing I do know is that today I am a much happier person than you seem to be. You see, the team I love won and that thrills me while at the same time that same fact seems to bring you heartburn. On second thought, perhaps there is one more reason to be thrilled.

2.4? Come on, u know i cant do that. You think every rb that ever averaged that for a game is a bum?

3.9, sure i could and so could you.

Ware had 2 carries that went over 4 yards yesterday

he had 3 that went for a loss or no gain.
