Just don't want to play second fiddle to Bama until Saban is too old to coach. Could be 20+ years.

How dare we not win the national championship every year. Shame on Les.

Remember that when Saban wins his fourth in a few weeks.

It just so happens that Alabama is a little bit better than LSU. If you can deal with that, you'll be OK. Besides, Saban is 4-3 vs Miles since 2007. Not a runaway.

These threads are funny, some people are labeled "negatiger" just because they are not sunshine pumpers and some get the label because a sunshine pumper doesn't agree with their statement, so they throw out "negatiger"

We keep comparing him to 1 coach.
Fine Saban is better....in fact bama has always been better than lsu except for here and there ra're moments

So we all agree Saban is best...if we can't have the 1 great guy who can do it

Who do you want

I am not sure what you meant by your post, but if you mean that those who feel as though Les could have done more with the teams he assembled are not true fans and should stay at home then, Tiger Stadium would be at least half empty.

So according to you, Kelly can beat Saban? We'll see I guess. Let's see how Kelly does vs how Les did against Bama.

Everyone is happy with a win, a loss people would be really unhappy. People just hate playing down to inferior teams even though it makes exciting games.

We can be frustrating to watch, don't disagree. We do play down to inferior teams but almost always beat them.We also play up to the best. I'm more inclined to take the entire package that results in a lot of wins.

Only game I have issues with this entire season is Alabama because LSU dominated the game and out muscled them, out played, and the out coached itself in the loss.
That game Les couldn't find the balance between being too aggressive and being mundane and it cost LSU the W and chance at a national title

I keep asking the nega's this question, but I never get an answer.

What program in the country is better is better than LSU right now? What CFB coach has had more success than CLM since 2005?

You only have one possible answer and that is Bama. CLM has made LSU the ONLY....ONLY....ONLY program in the country that has a chance to be Bama's equal.

Yes still, with that being an undeniable fact....still..still...still you whine.

The combination of Bama and Nick Saban are HARD to beat. HARD!! No one is close to being able to dethrone them except us. Yes it would be great to be a little better than them instead of a little worse. But EVERYONE in the country is trying to be better than them and only CLM has built a program than can challenge them.

RIGHT?!!!

Here's what really gets me: the fact that the SEC has won 6 BCSNCG's in a row (and prob will win a seventh) proves just how hard it is to win in this conference.

Miles has TWO SEC TITLES in 8 years. TWO appearances in the BCSNCG with one win. Only two other coaches have done that in the BCS area. And oh BTW, they both coach (or coached) in the SEC too. An oh BTW, LSU faces those two teams, and those two coaches--EVERY YEAR.

The people who think Miles is a failure because he has cost us two titles are living in some fantasy. It is hard to win in this conference.

I hated the loss too but we have to accept that Les makes mistakes. He admitted them and we move on. I don't consider playing them close a moral victory and nor am I or any tiger fan 'satisfied' with losing to Bama. But I do think we continue to remain relevant and our time will come. Winning the SEC is not easy.
