@ Neaux Geaux - I agree. Mediocrity is unacceptable.

I think it's hilarious that you think being #7 in the nation and being in national championship contention with a top-flight school and coach year in and year out in the toughest conference, possibly even the toughest division, in college football is 'mediocrity'.

I'm sure every LSU fan WANTS to beat every opponent and win championships every year.

Who gives a frick if you, the fan, is satisfied. The fan does not contribute to any win or loss by the team. You are just that, the fan.

I think it would be different if the negas weren't continually degnigrating the achievements of the young men ho actually play the games.

Right

That's my main problem. Give the young men some credit. We aren't just going to roll the team out there and beat everyone 50-0 because of talent.

Our talent level is high but it's not THAT much of an advantage.

Exactly. And if a corner doesn't turn and look for the ball and gets beat, "OMGZ COREY RAYMOND OMGZ!!1!". The player made the mistake, not the coach.

A fan doesn't know what a particular player is going through from play to play. Is he winded? Is he dwelling on a previous play? So many variables to be considered when a TALENTED player makes a mistake.

Supporting players/coaches who are helping present fans with the best period of football in LSU history is a problem in your mind ?

LSU fans would love to win every game and every trophy. But so would 85 other teams, do the odds, I think we are doing pretty good. But that is just me.........
