And coming out of high school I've never seen a more impressive player. How old are you?

I played with Tommy Wilcox and Steve Rehage, against John Fourcade Marc Ippolito, Tyrone Vaughan and Garry James, Coached Jimmy Williams and Michael Clayton and watched my kids play against Ruben Randle, Eddie Lacy, Jay Lucas, and Landon Collins and with Glen Dorsey and Fournette is better than all of em.

The age question was pretty ridiculous, LF is a special player

It's hard to compare different eras, but Peyton and Josh Booty were pretty highly recruited, as we're all of the guys mentioned in this thread.

Fournette has the luxury of coming up in the internet era, and being a 4 year starter.

He's really good, but someone said on the main board he is twice the player as some of these other guys, which is just retarded. He may be better, but he is also part of a pretty huge hype machine given his backround

The most highly touted and the most impressive are two different things. LF certainly has an argument for most impressive player

So is he not better than hill and hillard at the same stage in their careers, LE?

Did Hilliard and Hill play as good competition as LF, besides PBS?
He's much faster than Hilliard, though.

He may be; but he's not 2x's better. The gap isnt that big.

Hilliard ran for 4800 yards & 66 TDs combined in his soph and JR years.

Fournettes explosiveness compared to Hillard makes him a better prospect, but was he a better player at that point in his career? Certainly debatable

I didnt follow Hill as a JR but i know he had a monster SR year. Honestly on film they are very similar.

How are you feeling right now? Why did y'all go for it on 4th down all night instead of kicking FGs?

He's in the same league as backs like AP and T Rich were in high school imo. The kid will be the #1 player in America.

If you think the gap between those guys and hill/hilliard aren't that significant then that's just your personal opinion.

But to suggest its because of the Internet, when recruiting has been a big deal online for almost a decade, is just retarded.
