Anything you endorse, I would probably consider a bitch move.

I just asked a question, you seem to hate it when I and others prove you wrong or correct you.

I'm fairly certain USC doesn't even do a pregame at Autzen as they travel a very small portion of the band.

And I'm fairly certain Phil Knight would have the guy stabbing a sword into his multi-million dollar artificial turf hung from scoreboard at Autzen stadium.

USC fans buy and wear Nike gear. Wouldn't be good for business.

UO benefits more from Uncle Phil than most, but he's donated to Oregon St., Stanford and if I'm not mistaken, even USC.

I don't think so. USC has been to Tiger Stadium only once. In1979, there was no logo at midfield, certainly not the Eye. And I don't think the USC band was at the game. And they certainly were not on the field pre-game.

Apparently they do it when they bring a full band, so UCLA, ND, Stanford, Cal, and bowl games

any usc fan who thinks this is appropriate is pretty delusional.

just playin'...this never bothered me in the slightest.

i think these rare exceptions and traditions are what make CFB great.

Once again, this has nothing to do with a LOGO.

But people have latched onto it in this thread...because I guess in the sports world...after T.O. at Dallas...the Logo is some sacred thing. Please.

Notre Dame has no logo...USC does it there...and the band leaders interviewed said they just plant it in front of the band somewhere near midfield...it's just a ceremony for USC and USC alone...like the New Zealand rugby Haka dance.

It's not look at me, I'm Terrell Owens trying to piss on your logo. Trying to turn this into protecting your sod or something painted on it is the bitch move and Jim Mora is the little Bitch and those who agree with him are simply acting like little whiny bitches with a hard on for USC.

You know who you are.

Midfield logos are only sacrosanct if you're an insecure pussy. Man I can't wait to watch SC wax ucla. If not, I promise to play Black Ops II on X-Box live and record an epic meltdown.

Then what about Southern Cal listing them as a home game? Apparently that's the petty shite that got it all started to begin with. Or are we just putting down smarmy arse behavior as tradition too?

When whole teams went out to midfield to stomp on their oponnents logo, that's when that stuff started being serious business. You don't expect your closest rival to try and use that as motivation or whatever?

What got it started was Bruinsnation.com crying and bitching like normal and Dan Guerrero capitulating because he's terrified of getting fired like he should
