Thanksgiving side advice

I recently decided to boil some radishes and really liked the texture and flavor of them. I want to somehow turn this into a side dish I could serve at Thanksgiving. Anyone one have any ideas as to what would go good with them or any recipes I could use them in. Im also planning or serving a potato and leek soup and blanched Brussels sprouts with bacon, if that helps.

Try mixing the radishes with mashed
cauliflower as a casserole type dish. Boil them then slice as thin as possible and mix the two together. I hope you are planning more cooking time than just blanching the BS.

Does it have to be a side dish or can it be an appetizer? Radish dip is made by combining your blanched radishes with garlic and cream cheese.

Roasted radishes are so good.
