That was going to be my second article for ACB this week if I can churn that out today. Local beers vs big national brands that you cannot get at home. i.e. going to houston and buying Dogfish.

My strategy is always to drink local while I'm there, but I'll buy anything (like DFH, Great Divide, Avery, New Belgium, etc...) to take home. Many smaller local breweries aren't available anywhere but on tap, so I like to try those whenever possible.

personally I charge a pretty hefty handling fee but I would be happy to assist you in this endeavor.

Coincidentally this weekend my beer club friends and I (Boo, Bmoney, etc) are having a tailgate. So we would gladly take deliveries there.

I had one yesterday afternoon, really enjoyed it, would probably not drink again fresh at $10 for a 12-ounce, but I'd love to age a few.

That being said one of my buddies just picked me up a bomber of Alaskan Smoked Porter from Tx.

Damn, I should have jumped on that train when the offer was there.

Just listened to their podcast and would like to try that and their Christmas ale.

Yes, I'm in early 2010 now and I haven't touched the Jamil shows or the other show..

I'm thinking about moving on to TED talks after that though.

I need to get back into listening, especially if I am brewing on Sunday afternoons. I tend to listen to satellite radio now.

Coincidentally I had another article about Bud go up today on ACB. After my good for them style article last week I felt the need to bury them a little this week. Probably wasn't harsh enough. Hopefully that will be the last time I write an article about Bud.

Just read it and I agree completely. Well done.
