I like the idea of the baked and grilled seafood. Good location too.

My neighbor would get up before sunrise and run his catfish lines in the Atchafalaya and get back from the camp in Melville by 10 AM. He'd always have a beer when he'd clean is catfish.. Way before noon.

Plenty of rednecks do the same on the Pearl River in Ms all the time. I deer hunted with a dude from Sterlington out in Brady Texas one year that had 12+ beers(Natty's, I think) before noon every day. Nola ain't got a monopoly on vices, just strength in numbers.

Its an awesome concept and Ryan Prewitt has been chomping at the bit to open a seafood restaurant. Personally, I can't wait.
