I'm hoping he can bring the same performance in the last three games of the regular season. It would be very nice to go into the bowl game & offseason with a positive outlook on the LSU QB position.

The 10 yard out he threw to OBJ from the opposite hash was Jamarcus level arm strength

Everytime I hear J Palmer talk about LSU, he's always got nice things to say. The dude shows LSU some love.

I believe he stepped up in the pocket too...is this the same play?

No. This was around the Bama 20 going into the north end zone. Danielson almost came on Verne in the booth after the throw.

I'm wondering the same damn thing. This season has gone entirely too quickly for my taste.

Damn decent of him, considering we broke his collarbone in TS.

Homer aside, I think Palmer is my favorite analyst on any station because he seems to be the only one that actually does research on the teams that he is calling. Davis on the Fox broadcasts is good as well, and combining him with Gus is announcing heaven

They said that AJ would win or lose the heisman in Tiger Stadium. I tell you, he looked good and won't sniff the Heisman IMO....But Mett really impoved his stock in that game.

I remember watching Ryan Perrilloux in the SEC Champ game in 2007 and he made some jaw dropping throws as well in that game

A couple of those he threw to beckham and boone from the opposite hash were on a rope. Lee and jj could never maje those throws

May he continue to do so as long as he's a Tiger. This game had to be a confidence builder for our QB—he's now proved to himself that he can go toe-to-toe with the best and do just fine.

The throw and catch to Landry that pretty much set up Landry's touchdown was the most beautifully excecuted play we've run all year, save for a draw play early in the Auburn game. IMO of course.

Definitely not. He was putting those 15-25 yard throws on the money with a shite-ton of mustard on that ball. I give tons of credit to our WRs precise route running too.

was this the little comeback where mett hit Landry perfect coming out of his break so Landry could make the DB miss and picked up about 15-20 extra yards?

If so, that play was AWESOME.

Yeah. It was like the ball was in the perfect place for Landry to cut back and get away from the defender.
