I'm going to be driving from NOLA to New Iberia a lot over the next few weeks and I love boudin.

I know there are several places that feature excellent boudin on that route. Please let me know the places I have to try

Billy's in Scott.

It's worth the extra few minutes.

You have to have Legnon's in New Iberia.

This is the only correct answer within the parameters of your query

Would also recommend stopping at LeJune's Bakery in Jeanerette for a loaf of French Bread.

Billeaud's in Broussard. Rated A+ at www.boudinlink.com, btw.

As other posters have said, Legnon's on Jefferson Terrace is the ONLY answer!
