Is it time for Stoops to move on? 13 years for a coach at one school is a lifetime. His W/L will always be great but he has lost something since that Boise St. game.

Reminds me of Les Miles. Stoops wins games but only one NC to show for it. We will see if Les can win the big game next week .

I mean where is he going to go that's better than Oklahoma? They would have to get rid of him which they won't nor should they do or be even close to doing.

Stoops seems to be only as good as his coordinators. I don't know how much actual coaching he does these days.

That's a really bad comparison IMO. Les Miles teams usually play very well against elite competition while looking less than stellar against average to mediocre teams. Bob Stoops is the exact opposite. OU destroys inferior teams but struggles a lot against top teams.

I agree. There are only a handfull of schools that would offer similar advantages to Oklahoma. Anything would be a lateral or step down. The guy is only 52 and I just can't see him staying in Norman indefinitely.

If anything he does more coaching than most because his assistants keep getting hired as head coaches.
