Who does the MSB give this honor to?

I don't have a single choice but I like Haloti Ngata on Defense and Jahvid Best on Offense.

Do you even notice how bad lions are without him? They had some running game before concussion and since he's been hurt they're terrible.

He is an DE btw and no he is not given the attention the others are. He isn't given the attention the other DE is on his own team.

he averaged 65 yards per game last year in the 6 games he played

In their base 3-4, yes. He moves around alot. DT in their 4-3 schemes.

Jordy Nelson. Most people think he's just a guy that Rodgers throws the ball to but he's a legitimately great WR.

When they go Nickle they do move him inside and make Suggs an End. In College he played Nose and was scary. But your claim best DT isn't correct, as he isn't best DT in his division or Conference.

He never gets regarded with the best DE either, that's why I listed him.
