These are all games after a bye week:

2005 L - #10 Tennessee 27-30 OT (added again)
2006 W - #8 Tennessee 28-24
2007 W - #17 Alabama 41-34 (Yes, Saban is the coach)
2008 W - UR North Tex 41-13
2008 L - #11 Florida 21-51
2009 W - UR Auburn 31-10
2010 W - #5 Alabama 24-21
2011 W - #2 Alabama 9-6 OT

Overall record after a bye week: 6-2
Record against the almighty Nick Saban after a bye week? 3-0

Also, for all the people saying not to look ahead, I'm not. However, I think it's more important for the players and coaches. I would bet that it is safe for us to look at some stats for a game one game away.

Well..in 05 they didn't have a week off until after the SEC championship game because of the way they had to move around the early games.

So I guess that counts.

This isn't complicated. We were to open up against ASU the week after Katrina. That game was moved to Tempe.

The week after ASU was supposed to be UNT at home. That game was moved to later in the season and became our bye week.

UT was supposed to be at home the week after UNT. It remained in that slot until Rita hit and moved the game two days later to Monday.

Well, ask the players and coaches, who were triaging dead people in Tiger Stadium and packing their apartments with flooded out family members if it was a "bye" week...

, I was right along with them. I get it.

They had a a week off before UT. I was just clearing up the notion that there was not an off week.
