Is the wait at Camellia Grill Sunday mornings still crazy long?

That's how I always rolled too... But I'm old now... 4 am is all but out of the picture these days.

What's a legit spot for an 11 11:30 Sunday breakfast or brunch uptownish? I feel like all the old spots from 06 when I left town are no longer... Enlighten me Cosmo.

I've had lunch there but not brunch. It was good. That rabbit looks damn tasty.

Good thing about Camellia uptown is you can drive by and if line is out the door keep going. If no line out the door then wait is usually not long.

Eta: on Sunday morning you WILL be eating with drunk/hungover Tulane kids. Say hello to my daughter while you are there.

If this wasn't the food board, I'd ask for pics.

No pics but if you go in camellia on Sunday around 11ish she is probably there and would not be shocked if someone asked who is madame squirrel's daughter because it is an IRL nickname.

I'd add Fat Hen to that list. I like their brunch.

The Ruby Slipper Cafe does a good Sunday Breakfast/Brunch. They have a downtown and midcity location.

I'd never go to Patois for brunch again after getting charged $15 a mimosa. A glass. Wife and I each had 3. I felt completely ripped off when I got the bill - $90 worth of mimosas. For that alone I'd never go back. Not to mention the food was good, but not great.
