I've yet to have a bad experience there. Service is great. Poor boys are incredible. Relatively cheap.
I just had the sausage poor boy for the first time and it is, hands down, my favorite.

I know y'all don't go to OTG for their salads, but they've really upgraded them this summer. And now they're doing different po-boy specials that are different from the regular menu.

I've only had the Old Tyme Special but it was pretty damn good, if I went to Lafayette more often it's on my short list

It's a classic. You have to admire anybody who can run a business for that long with no drop off in quality. It's every bit is good now as it was 20 years ago when I was in school at USL.

The people who work there are really great. They deliver when I have groups in town and they go above and beyond. Ross is a great kid (young man).

I like the place. My first trip, I was a lil surprised at the sweet hint of the sauce on the shrimp poboy. Its grown on me tho.

Not kidding, I have seen more blind people at UL in my short tenure here than I did in 4 years at LSU total.
