ever. Period. Stick him in these high powered offenses today and they would have to ban him from the NFL he would kill them so bad.

bullshite. Rules favored the defenses back then and he took alot more beatings then these pansy qbs today take.

As for speed, gee, I wasn't aware record setting qbs today ran faster than qbs 50 years ago. Drew looks like a real speedster out there, so did Marino.

Statistically speaking it's very impressive

You're talking about a duration equivalent to 3 NFL seasons with a TD pass in every game consecutively.

If you don't think that's a tough accomplishment then you probably think molesting children is within the confines of the law.
