Try reconciling the HHS Mandate with Obama's speech at Notre Dame.

56 seconds of video. Wow, how pathetic is this becoming. Let's see your video on Obama's lies. Bet it's longer than 56 seconds. The emperor has no clothes.

I love how it's perfectly acceptable behavior to some of you that our prospective commander in chief flip-flop repeatedly as long as it's not as bad as that other guy. Demand fricking better. We shouldn't have to choose between 2 liars/flip-floppers.

1. Romney's tax plan has always been to cut the marginal rates by 20% across the board but eliminate deductions/credits so that it is paid for. So yes he is going to cut the rates of the wealthiest Americans but they aren't going to be paying less in taxes we will just have a simpler, fairer, tax system. 2. He said he believes in great teachers while earlier in the year he said that we don't need more teachers. Please explain to me how "more teachers" = "great teachers." 3. His preexisting conditions claim is that he will not not let insurance companies drop you if you develop a health condition and that if you happen to lose your insurance because you lost your job as long as you would have continued to have health insurance if you had continual coverage until you lost that job, or other hardship forced you to lose your health insurance, then an insurance company couldn't deny you coverage based on a condition you develop during that period of lost coverage. Now, his claim on Leno is another part of his health plan. He doesn't think that we should allow people to not buy health insurance when they are healthy and then as soon as they get diagnosed with a health problem then they go out and purchase health insurance. It's not insurance if you wait until you get sick and then buy it. For example, let's say I don't have car insurance and then I get in a wreck. Should I be able to purchase car insurance AFTER the wreck and then expect it to pay for the costs associated with the wreck? No, that is absurd but that is exactly what the preexisting conditions clause contained in Obamacare allows. Romney will repeal that and implement his own version. So not one single flip flop there.

He clearer said their "share" will stay the same. So, the video takes it out of context, something the left not infrequently accuses the right of doing to Obama.

Do you relieve believe Mitt actually changed positions on many of these issues? I doubt it. He's coming out as pro-life, etc just to please the religious right. And it's working. Smart move by Mitt. On the issues Mitt actually cares about (which happen to be issues that are actually important at this time) he's always held the same positions. Abortion, gay marriage, birth control...I've said it many times before but these things REALLY DON'T MATTER compared to the large scale economics problems we face as a nation.

Because only religious people are pro-life? And are you saying that someone can't change their minds on abortion? Both of my parents were pro-choice until they got pregnant with my older sister now my mother is 100% pro-life and my dad is pro-life with health exceptions.

No, but the people that are so hugely against abortion that they would actually consider it in a presidential vote are mostly religious. There are exceptions.
