Who else is cooking gator today?

And how are you cooking it?
I've only cooked it once, and it was at a tailgate and unplanned. Just threw it in some Louisiana hot sauce for about an hour and deep fried it bare (no flour, batter, etc). Came out pretty good so I was gonna do the same today. Although I wouldn't mind doing something like Sammy's blackened gator.

Nothing too crazy... picked up some gator sausage from chris' specialty meats

I've got 2lbs soaking in buttermilk and Tabasacy Habananero.
