That is BS. Some people suck - hope this gets straightened out.

I've read about similar scams on EBay and how Power Sellers are closing shop. Yet the stock price has been steadily increasing. What's the deal?

(Double post removed)...argh, my Android phone has been doing this lately, somehow related to when I use the browser "back" and cross over a prior posting

I filed a counter claim and ebay basically told me "they will look into it" after I went through 3 customer service reps.
They said it shows it being delivered to my house and shipped at 3 pounds. So this guy covered his tracks.
They then asked me to take a picture of the empty box and send it to them to prove it was empty. Which I find pretty funny.
I asked them to have the buyer take a picture of the product to prove it wasn't as described, they said they couldn't do that since they already ruled in favor of the buyer.

I got ripped off on ebay about a year ago and haven't used it since.
It was a similar situation but I got screwed by paypal instead of ebay. They ended up charging me a bogus $100 that got taken directly out of my bank account. It took almost 3 months and numerous phone calls to resolve the matter.
