How about green onion sausage stuffed mushrooms on the pit?

Good stuff. Bourques does them n large, almost portobello sized with a thick chunck of bacon wrapped around them..... I usually bake mine n oven tho.

the bacon does sound good, you wrap them around the whole mushroom or just the top section

I do them in the oven in a cast iron skillet and I turn them so the bacon cooks more evenly and isn't raw. I like it cooked pretty well.

Sausage stuffed mushrooms are darn good.

I put spinach, green onion, and parmesan in my sausage stuffed shrooms.

I make some with a breakfast sausage, spinach, and cream cheese mixture, then throw on the smoker. Love em.
