Looking for jambalaya recipe for 75 people

Looking for a solid foolproof recipe for large batch of chicken and sausage jambalaya. Cooking it for a party this Saturday and never made more than zatarrains type stuff. Help is greatly appreciated.

The link Jeep gave you is your best bet unless you plan on adding tomatoes to it. You're on your own with that measurement.
