about to head to play in a golf tourney. unfortunately there won't be anything more exciting than bud light, etc. i'll have to take a few with me.

Opened up a timber beast for Sbd. Lovely Rye flavor. Richer than I expected but that's what you get with 9 percent

I always make robust porter and have never made a brown. What does your recipe look like?

FBD is a Dogfish Head Indian Brown. Gotta clear lots of space in the beer fridge.

No FBD yet. On the road to Jackson to move my daughter into the dorm. Got a box full of beers for an exchange with Coater.

No Timber Beast here yet, suspense's SO brought back a four pack so I stole one (it was given to me) last night.
My recipe was fairly simple (sorry for the long delay, got caught up with brewing and watching soccer)
9lb Pale Ale (Maris Otter)
1 lb Crystal 75
1.5 lb Brown
.75 Chocolate
1.3 oz Fuggle 60
.67 oz Fuggle 15
London ESB Yeast
Probably should have used more chocolate malt
