I mean season arc wise. With all the Hardman infighting to start the season if anybody was going to end up fired I'd think Donna and Rachel would've been last on the list.

Harvey went out like a bitch. Doesn't handle it himself and doesn't say a word to her as she leaves? No way that stands for him. He won't let it end that way. We'll see her again.

The showrunner said this season would be all about loyalty. He wasn't lying. Literally everything that's happened this season boils down to loyalty.
Hard for me to buy that Harvey was willing to quit to keep Mike, but didn't put up a fight to keep Donna and didnt speak to her on the way out.
Harvey mentioned that she never actually apologized for what happened. There's obviously more going on there.

My guess is that Hardmon is behind all of this. Why else would a random attorney come after Harvey like he has this season and last? And why would he demand that Pearson Hardmon revoke Harvey's partnership? What did Harvey ever do to him?
