Ramires is ten times the player that Marin is. Marin has shown regularly that he isn't good enough for Chelsea. Ramires is probably the fastest player on our team. He is a threat on the counter regularly and players that can't finish don't chip the keep on the reg. I can't imagine that these guys watch Chelsea much. In fact I'm almost positive they are alters. They have to be.

No one is saying Ramirez is bad. They are all good, I just liked the hazard/Marin combo chemistry a little. Marin always comes in for hazard it was just cool to see them play at the same time that's all.

I also go to the bridge 3-4 times a year... I follow the club

This is awesome His name is Ramires Santos do Nascimento. There is no Z in there. It's cool if you want to troll Bho and all, but put some effort in knowing the players names at least.

omg that's so funny lol1.

For the record, I worked the night shift and I'm delirious. Marin rules.

Fuuurthermore, if you read my posts I never once mentioned Ramires or anyone being better than him. I just always wanted to see Marin and hazard at the same time start. Rafa thought the same thing.

I don't care for Rafa either. I guess the season will keep unfolding to show markos talents. I'd much rather Chelsea win than ever see him play again, but I just feel he's gonna be a good addition in the back leg of this season. Go blues.

He definitely adds depth, if any of the 3 AMs got hurt, he'd see a lot more playing time(but still behind Moses). I like him as a squad player and as a change of pace later in games.

What universe have I woken up to where Marin is a good player and we have a player named Ramirez?

Duly noted. Sent from iPad auto correct, but also didn't really think about it after seeing others do it.

So of all the good out of today's match, I still keep going back to that Luiz challenge that knocked that guy out. It was late, it was unnecessary and it kind of pisses me off. I like Luiz but these dumb shoulder checks are getting old.

You serious? This team would be right in the thick of everything if they had more people willing to bust their arse for 90 minutes. I'll give him a pass for playing hard until the final whistle. I don't remember it being anywhere remotely dirty.

Yeah we know, just like the Balotelli foul. I don't think he intended to hit the guy in the face, but it was late as hell and very unnecessary. If you can't see that, I can't help you.

I don't know what this means.

I watched the game and remember the guy getting hurt but don't remember raising an eyebrow at anything that happened or anyone making a big deal out of it. I'll take a guy playing like that up 4-0 late in the game over guys standing around with their thumb up their arse while bottom dweller sides come back from late 2 goal second half deficits any day of the week.

Plenty of things to complain about as a Chelsea fan right now, but this isn't one of them.

When he put the shoulder in Balotelli's chest? The one you defended to the death? I'm glad he plays hard but there is a line between hard and wreckless.

You're right. There is a place for a hard working player who isn't afraid to do the dirty work, get in an opponent's head and win the psychological as well as physical battle on the field. But that place isn't up 4-0 against a lower division team. He's beginning to gain a bit of a reputation for things like this, and the last thing you want is a referee having preconceived notions of a player in a negative manner like that. That foul is a borderline red, and it is completely unnecessary and not worth the risk.

Oh yea, when Balotelli ran into him trying to draw the foul and he stood his ground.
