In honor of dan harmon:

1. Modern Warfare (Season 1)
One of the most original pieces of television i
have ever seen. This episode proved how good community is

2. Remedial Chaos Theory (Season 3)
This episode introduced the darkest timeline, an element of the show that played a great part in the season finale. Clever episode that really raised the bar

3. Epidemiology (Season 2)
Zombies and roofies. Enough said

4. Advanced Dungeons and Dragons (Season 2)
The episode introduced fat neil and most importantly showed that pierce is somewhat of a villanous character. I had a lot of fun with this one

5. Basic Lupine Urology- law and order episode (season 3)
Easily the best parody episode with a great twist ending to match. Good cop bad cop FTW

6. Contemporary American Poultry
Another great spoof episode, this time on Goodfellas. Abed's narration had me rolling

7. Pillows and Blankets Part 1 and 2 (Season 3)
Communitie's take on the mockumentary was funnier than some full length ones.

8. Cooperative Calligraphy (Season 2)
Annie's pen goes missing and chaos ensues. Annie's boobs makes an appearance

9. A Fistful of Paintballs Part 1 and 2 (Season 2)
This episode would be higher on the list if the concept was not a rehash, but i still find it to be close is terms of quality to the original.

10. Aerodynamics of Gender (Season 2)
Abed turns into a name calling robocop. That's all i remember, but it was still extremely funny

My top 5 (don't feel like I enjoyed others to the same degree as these) would probably be:

1. For a Few Paintballs More
2. Introduction to Statistics
3. Documentary Filmmaking: Redux
4. Regional Holiday Music
5. Spanish 101

No particular order but here are the highlights for the series for me:

Introduction to Statistics - The first Halloween episode. I think this is the exact episode when Community finally found its voice and hit its stride in the first season.

Modern Warfare - The sequel paintball episodes were good too but this was the episode that turned Community from just another comedy show to being one of the most creative shows on television. Probably the best and most enjoyable half hour of television on TV that year.

Remedial Chaos Theory - This episode to me is everything that is great about Community wrapped into one. It told the story and developed the characters in a creative way. It was funny and heartfelt yet dark and bittersweet at the same time.

Cooperative Calligraphy

Advanced Dungeons and Dragons

Paradigms of Human Memory

The D&D and Law & Order episodes are two of my favorites. I'd have to rewatch the whole series to make an actual list.

Aerodymnamics of Gender is one of my favorites, mostly because of Matt Walsh, but Abed's storyline is pretty good as well.

Contemporary American Poultry is the first 'tribute' episode they did, and was effing money.

Modern Warfare was great. Just great. Justin Lin crafted a masterpiece.

Debate 109. Just ridiculous.

Epidemiology was awesome.

Paradigms of Human Memory was incredible.

Remedial Chaos Theory was one of the best episodes of any sitcom ever.

Cooperative Caligraphy was great, Critical Film Studies, Advanced Dungeons & Dragons, 2nd and 3rd Paintball, Ken Burns, all of these incredible.

ETA: I've missed some in this post, but Acounting for Lawyers had my single favorite scene ever in any show when Abed, Troy, and Annie chloroform the the guy at the law firm.

Then you haven't seen any episode I've listed yet. Your next one is on my list though.

I forgot to list that one.

Also, upon rewatch, Britta as Harley Quinn is better looking than regular Britta.

Well, I watched Debate 109 last night. My favorite episode thus far, even though we all knew he'd drop the guy, right? I liked the Jack Black episode a lot, too.

And anything with this guy is always funny:

I'll have to think about this one for a top 10, but Modern Warfare is easily number 1 for me. I've never stood up and yelled at the TV, "Hell. fricking. Yes!"...with both arms raised triumphantly whilst watching a sitcom like I did after this scene...

LINK

Advanced Dungeons and Dragons is probably two. I'll have to think of the others for a bit before I commit to a top 10. I will say it looks like I'll be the only one with the Christmas Claymation episode in their top 10. I loved that episode. Guess I'm in the minority on that one.

I absolutely despised it when it first aired. I watched it again after Christmas this year and it has grown on me. It's not going to make my top 10, but it sits somewhere in the next 10
