Cant go wrong with shrooms in any way, shape, form, or fashion.

How would you recommend grilling shrooms?

Season them and put them on a skewer by themselves or with some friends like chicken, sausage, beef, onion, bell pepper, etc. I have also wrapped them up in foil with butter, garlic, onions, butter, little soy sauce, etc. Cant go wrong either way.

Just buy some whole portabellas, season with salt, pepper and olive oil and put the bitches on. Very good grilled, be it charcoal or gas.... better charcoal

I like to get the big portabella mushrooms and stuff them with bell pepper and cheese and whatever seasonings you like- I usually just use salt pepper, a little olive oil and Worcestershire. Before you stuff, take the stem and veins out.
ETA: Grill on the top rack away from direct heat so the shrooms don't burn.

Do both, tuna as an app salad(no not that disgusting thing with mayo, a spring mix with balsamic vinagrette go with a raspberry), and boeuf as an entree. REd potatoes with onion and garlic(drenched in olive oil and SYM) for the starch, asparagus and beets for the sides.
